About This Competition

Sign up for a 2 week, 3 WOD per week online functional fitness competition. 

Just like the Open, athletes will be able to submit their scores online.

There will be cash prizes for the top 3 in each division. Winners will also get 3 months of full performance nutrition coaching from Married To My Macros. You must be able to video your workouts and be able to submit proof of your performance online to be eligible for prizes. 

Workouts will be released:
Thursday March 19th at 5PM PST
Thursday March 26th at 5PM PST

Athletes will have to the following Monday to submit their scores online. (March 23rd & March 30th at 5PM PST).

Athletes will need to have access to the following equipment:
Skipping Rope
A single DB (50 for men's RX, 35 for men's scaled and women's Rx, or 20 for women's scaled).

Athletes will be required to complete all the workouts in the same scaling cateogory.
