Workouts
One Mile Run
Both partners run one mile. Both mile times are added together for a team score.
*There will be four time options for completing the mile (9:00, 9:55, 11:40, 12:20). Please sign up for one at registration. There will be no limit to the number of runners allowed per heat. Partners are not required to run in the same heat. Score will be both of your mile times combined.
The course will be clearly marked and volunteers will be out on the course. Please make your best effort to keep space between yourself and other runners, while also being mindful of pedestrians. The run will be on a public trail.
9 Minute AMRAP
Partners alternate performing max clean & Jerks every 90 seconds. Weights increase every 3 minutes.
Scaled/Masters: 95/65, 115/75, 135/95
RX 135/95, 155/115, 185/125
Score is total reps.
11 Minute AMRAP
50 wallballs (20/14)
50 SA DB snatch (Scaled/Masters: 35/25, RX: 50/35)
50 Weighted Box Step-overs (Scaled/Masters: 35/25, RX: 50/35)
(20" box for everyone)
P1 is rowing while P2 is working on the movements above. Partners can switch anytime.

Three, 3 min stations. 1 partner works at a time. Partners can switch anytime. Each variation has a different point value. Partners can perform any of the following variations:

1PT- RX: Kipping HSPU, Scaled/Masters: Hand Release Push-Ups
2PT- RX: Strict HSPU, Scaled/Masters: Kipping HSPU
3pt- RX: Chest To Wall Push-ups, Scaled/Masters: Strict HSPU
Station #2:
1pt: Burpees to a Bar
2pt: Burpee Pull-ups
3pt: Burpee Toes-to-Bar
Station #3:
1pt: Front Rack Lunges
2pt: Front Squats
3pt: OH squats
RX: 115/75, Scaled/Masters: 75/55
Score: Total Points Accumulated.
