About This Competition

The Trainwreck Classic is having its first ever Teams Of 3 Competition(MMM and FFF) with 2 divisions Intermediate and Scaled. We will have Event 2 at Friday night(11-12-2021) and the other 3 events Saturday(11-13-2021), and last we will have a final event for the top 3 teams in each division. 

Intermediate  Teams of 3

***2 of the 3  Teammates should be able to perform the following for multiple reps

~Thrusters 95/65

~ Power Snatch 95/65

~Clean and Jerk 185/105

~Deadlift 225/155

~Toes to Bar

~Double Unders

~ Box Jumps or Step Ups

~ Bar Facing Burpee

~ Run an 400 Meters

~ Pull or Push a Sled 135/90


Scaled Teams of 3(There will not be Double Unders or Pull-Ups in Scaled)

***Two of the Teammate should be able to perform the following for multiple reps

~Thrusters 75/55

~ Power Snatch 75/55

~Clean and Jerk 115/75

~Deadlift 155/105

~Toes Too Shoulder

~Ring Rows

~Single Unders 

~ Box Jumps/Step ups

~ Bar facing Burpees/ Can Step Over

~ Run 400 Meters

~ Pull or Push a Sled 90/45
