The 615 Throwdown is back for its 9th year to give competitors another chance to compete in Nashville, TN as individuals or teams of 4. We’re changing a few things up this season, but you can still guarantee a fun, fierce competition. The 615 Throwdown will be a two-day event on January 13 & 14th, 2024. 

All athletes will be competing both days!

DIVISIONS ARE SET TO 20 SPOTS EACH AND WILL NOT BE ADJUSTED

INDIVIDUAL: $225

WE WILL ANNOUNCE 1 WORKOUT WILL BE ANNOUCED EACH FRIDAY DURING STARTING IN OCTOBER A TOTAL OF 8 WORKOUTS! 


Divisions:
Individual: Rx, Intermediate & Scaled
Individual Masters 35+: Rx & Scaled
Individual Masters 45+: Rx & Scaled
Individual Teen 14-17: Rx Only
Team MMFF: Rx, Intermediate & Scaled

  • For individual and team, we will have 20 available spots for each division.
  • For each of the Masters and Teen divisions there will be a total of 20 spots available, male & female combined, first come first serve. 
  • Each division will be competing against other competitors in the same division only.

Rx Divisions: This division will be designed for the athletes that competed in the 2023 CrossFit Open, finishing top 10% in the world and making it to Quarterfinal/Semifinal level. All athletes will be expected to perform ALL SKILLS at a high level and all past Quarterfinal/Semifinal movements will be fair game for programming.

Intermediate Divisions: This division is designed for the competitive athlete with maybe a few holes in their game. Athletes in this division are expected to have performed all workouts in the 2023 Open as prescribed, however, may not have been able to complete the workouts due to movement/weight limitations. We invite all athletes who can complete "gym" workouts as prescribed, to compete in this division.

Scaled Divisions: Athletes in this division are expected to perform all 2022 CrossFit Open - Scaled division movements (Including gymnastics). ***Pull Ups will be included in the programming.
