CrossFit Martell In-House Competition 2024
About This Competition
In-House Team of 2 MM/FF competition for Martell Members.
Competition Requirements:
Don’t look at this as a competition, look at that as a strong start of the year and day full of fun and fitness with your community.
No need to have any level of preparation, we will have all workouts in the Open Category with options for all fitness levels.
Time of the competition: around 9-15:00 with 5 workouts total and prizes at the end, and some pizza 🍕. Just find the partner 😍 and be ready to have fun.
This is going to be weights- and skill-friendly in-house workouts. No 1RM’s, no crazy gymnastics skills, even if you are RX, it’s all about having fun.
