Welcome to 2021 Kainos Invitational!
Welcome to the first ever Kainos Invitational! Invites are based on standings within the State of Alaska for the 2021 CrossFit Games Open. Come test your fitness again to find the top in our state!
Competition will BEGIN at 9am
