Workouts

Teams choose order for each athlete. Each athlete completes 2 Rounds of 15 Target Burpees to a 45# plate and 15 Box jumps (24/20) then finish with a 400 m run with a med-ball (20/14)... * Step ups are allowed, but most be performed holding a med-ball (20/14) to count and not be scaled

5 min AMRAP of Thrusters (75/55). 2 men share a 75# bar and attempt as many thrusters as possible in 5 min, 2 women share a 55# bar and attempt as many thrusters as possible in 5 min. Thrusters can be split into 2 movements (example a front squat into a push press and/or split jerk). Athletes can re-dip or split during the press replicating a push jerk and/or split jerk, as long as a feet come back together and show full extension of knees, hips and arms before bringing weight back down.

"Open Team Grace" 1 male must complete 30 75# Power Clean and Jerks, once completed he will tag his other male teammate who will then perform 30 75# Power Clean and Jerks. Time is the combined running time for both athletes. 1 female must complete 30 55# Power Clean and Jerks, once completed she will tag her other female teammate who will then perform 30 55# Power Clean and Jerks. Time is the combined running time for both athletes.

Time is the combined running time for both athletes.

90 Over Head Squats at 75 #'s (can be divided any way), 30 Bar Muscle-ups (can be divided any way)
