Basic Description
For Time:
3-6-9-12-15
Deadlifts 145/95kg
Box Jump Overs 30/24”
6m Handstand Walk
Detailed Description
Athletes will be required to set out 5 tape lines at 1.5 metre intervals for the handstand walks or lunges sufficient to mark a 6 metre course. See movement standards for details.
Elite, Rx+, Masters 35-39
The athlete will begin staged by the barbell. On the starting call, the athlete will begin the workout by completing 3 deadlifts before moving to the box to complete 3 box jump overs.
Upon completion of the box jump overs, the athletes will move to the start of the handstand walk lane to perform a 6 metre handstand walk - walking six metres out to cross the tape line. The minimum distance required in order to progress is 1.5 metres and one rep is awarded for every 3 metres completed, giving a total of 2 reps for each 6 metre handstand walk.
In each subsequent round, the number of deadlifts and box jump overs is increased by 3 reps until the final round of 15 repetitions of each.
Every round ends with a 6 metre handstand walk.
Upon completion of the final handstand walk, the workout is concluded and time is called and recorded for scoring.
Basic Description

AMRAP12.5:
Every 2.5mins, perform:
15/12x Kcal Row
15x Thrusters @35/25kg
In the remaining time, work through:
21x Pull-Ups
18x Chest to Bar Pull-Ups (Split Time)
15x Bar Muscle-Ups
Max Ring Muscle-Ups
Nb: Your score is the total number of reps across the full 12.5minutes, including the row, thrusters & gymnastics workload.
Detailed Description
Detailed Description
The athlete will begin staged on the rowing machine. On the starting call, the athlete will begin the first of five 2.5 minute intervals. The athlete can set up a running clock and be mindful of the 2.5 minute transitions or alternatively, can set a timer to sound every 2.5 minutes and calculate the split time after the workout.
The athlete will complete their prescribed calories on the rowing machine before performing 15 barbell thrusters.
Having completed the thrusters, the athlete will have the time remaining before the next 2.5 minute interval to complete as much volume as they are able from the prescribed gymnastic movements for their division.
At the end of the 2.5 minute interval, the athletes must stop the gymnastic movements and return to the rowing machine for the next round. Gymnastics reps that are in progress at the time of the transition will not be counted unless clearly completed before the time.
The athletes progress through the intervals, completing the row and thrusters before carrying on with the remaining gymnastic volume until the end of the 12.5 minute window at which point time will be called and the completed repetitions recorded for scoring.
A split time is to be recorded when the chest to bar or jumping chest to bar have been completed. The split time to be recorded will be the total amount of time elapsed to that point, not the time within the interval.

Part A:
AMRAP14:
5x Power Cleans 70/45kg
10x Toes to Bar
15x Wallball Shots 20/14lbs (9/6kg) 10’/9’
Straight into:
Part B:
6 minutes to find max
1x Hang Clean + 2x Front Squats
Detailed Description
This workout consists of two parts. A running clock may be used to count up to the 20 minutes available. Alternatively a timer can be set to count up to 14 minutes and then 6 minutes, without a break.
The athlete begins staged at the barbell. On the starting call, the athlete will begin the first set of 5 power cleans before moving to the rig to complete 10 toes to bar. The round is concluded after 15 wall ball shots have been completed.
The athlete completes this sequence until the full 14 minute duration has elapsed. At this point time will be called and recorded for scoring, while the athlete returns to the barbell and loads for the complex.
The athlete will then have 6 minutes in which to complete a complex of one hang clean (of any variation) and two front squats. The complex must be completed unbroken - for the complex to be successful, the bar may not return to the floor between reps. If for any reason the barbell is dropped, the complex must be started over. In the event of a no rep, the athlete may choose to repeat the repetition at their discretion.
At the end of the 6 minute window, the greatest load successfully completed for the complex will be recorded for scoring.
A squat clean from the hang is NOT the first front squat.
