WARRIOR!

You are about to embark on a mission that will test your physical and mental capabilities like never before. In order to grow we must overcome. That is what the 24AMRAP Challenge offers: a transformative challenge for you, your team and your community. You will do this together with teams from all over the world in a unique global real-time team challenge. The 24-hour AMRAP Summer Challenge 2025 will be the 14th edition of our event. Hundreds of teams and thousands of athletes and supporters worldwide have already competed with many teams returning every edition. For more info check out the 24AMRAP website.

24AMRAP TEAMS

6-man teams from all over the world race against each other. The event lasts for 24 hours and you compete in your box. In a carrousel style fashion: 1 athlete works and 5 rest. Your team needs to complete at least 500 reps per hour to stay in the race using 1, 2 or all 3 movements programmed for that specific hour. Use any combination of movements and athletes.

EHOH

Every hour on the hour, 3 new movements are published in your dashboard. You need to complete 500 reps per hour with your team to stay in the race. After 24 hours the team with the most amount of total points/reps will win the competition. The winner takes it all: a huge trophy and eternal glory. For all event info and rules check out our website. This is our flagship summer edition. Enjoy the event with your team and affiliate community and perform this challenge both in and outside of your box. Just make sure you remain in one location, for example your box and adjoining parking lot. For the exact rules for this event visit our website at 24houramrap.com

SCORING

Scoring is done online after each hour in your team dashboard here on the Strongest competition platform. Detailed instructions will be provided in time. All you need is a wifi or 3G/4G connection and all will be well. You need internet to see the new movements etc. Everything happens in your team dashboard.

SALES

Please note that all sales are final (no refunds) and are sold as team tickets.

That means you register with a team name only. A team members registration list will be sent to you after registration. For the classic version: your team must have at least two female athletes. All team captains MUST send in a complete list of all athletes 24 hours before the competition starts with clearly stating which athletes are male or female. Not having sent in a list of athletes may result in disqualification. Send the list of athletes to 24amrap@mail.com

you can switch athletes up to 24 hours before the competition by sending any team changes to 24amrap@mail.com

REGISTERING YOUR TEAM

Register using your team name, that will also be visible in the dashboard. Questions? Drop us an email or hit us op on social. After you register your team you will receive a confirmation email. In that email you will see a link to your profile page where you will have access to your team and registration info. If for some unforseen reason your entire team cannot compete, contact us and we will see if we can move your team ticket towards the next event.

We look forward to working with you and yours. God's speed.

This fitness competition is independently organized and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CrossFit, Inc.

CONGRATULATIONS!

Yes! You have reached the end of the 24 hour AMRAP Challenge! An achievement of epic proportions!

Memories made, laughs shared, WODs crushed, muscle soreness accumulated! Enjoy your achievement and make sure you rest and recover properly. Have a great Sunday and keep an eye on our socials for the announcement of the official Summer Champion Team 2025.

We will announce the virtual champion later today and will start the validation process.

Thank you for working with us. You make this event shine! See you in December 2025 for the Winter Edition!

The warm-up

Welcome to the 2025 Summer Edition of the 24AMRAP Challenge! We are about to embark on an epic journey for the next 24 hours. Together, you, us and many teams and athletes from around the world will be connected by effort, sweat, laughter and our shared passion for CrossFit, community and hard work.

This is our traditional warm-up hour, has been unchanged since our first event 10 years ago. Reminder: this is a 24 hour event so pacing is essential. Have fun!

  1. Air squat

  2. Sit-up

  3. Push-up

Every rep of every movement equals 1 point. Have fun! Remember: pacing is key! Fallback movment is the burpee so 1 burpee is 1 point throughout the entire event.

Throughout this event we may use the words reps and points but points is the measurement for 500 per hour per team as the minimum threshold to stay in the race. So 500 points per hour can mean 250 reps of an exercise that says 1 rep = 2 points.

FRAN-TASTIC!

  1. Barbell Thrusters (30/40) - 1 rep = 1 point [video]

  2. Pull-up (kipping/butterfly/stict are all allowed) - 1 rep = 1 point

  3. Zercher Squat with barbell (30/40) - 1 rep = 1 point [video]

Get busy livin' or get busy dyin'!

  1. Stick To Wall (partner movement!) - an athlete sticking to wall without support held up by 1 other athlete for 1 second = 20 points / have fun but make sure you work safely -> [video]

  2. Single Dumbbell Power Snatch (8/10kg) - 1 rep = 1 point [video]

  3. V-up - 1 rep = 1 point [video]

So with movement 1 if you stick to the wall for 20 seconds you score 400 points!

HULK SMASH!

This hour is an hour where your score is the total weight in KILOGRAMS. This means that if you "count" in pounds you must CONVERT YOUR TOTAL WEIGHT TO KILOGRAMS before submitting your score. Please double check before you hit that Save button!!!

TOTAL WEIGHT MOVED = for example 10 reps with a 40 kilogram barbell in the squat clean is a total score of 400 points. Add 20 reps of the SDHP with 30 kilograms, that's another 600 points. Together that's 1000 points.

  1. Squat Snatch with a barbell for weight - reps x weight in kilograms [video]

  2. Squat Clean with a barbell for weight - reps x weight in kilograms [video]

  3. SDHP with a barbell (Sumo Deadlift High Pull) for weight - reps x weight in kilograms [video]

  3. Box step-ups on a 20" box carrying one 15/20kg dumbbell - 1 rep = 3 points

all together now!

FOR MOVEMENT 1 AND 2 YOU NEED ALL 6 ATHLETES WORKING TOGETHER IN UNISON, SYNCHRONIZED!

  3. American Kettlebell Swings 12/16 - 1 rep = 1 points [video]

For example: for movement 1 and 2 if 6 athletes complete 10 synchronized air squats together the team scores 100 points and after that they complete 10 synchronized sit-ups together they score 100 points for that movement and together they scored 200 reps.

Pull it hard!

  1. Strict pull-ups with weight 10/15kg dumbbell/kettlebell/plate - use a weight belt, clench between legs/feet or improvise using resistance bands 1 rep = 10 points [video]

  2. Alternating Gorilla row with one 16/24kg kettlebell (you can set up 2 kb's watch video) - 1 rep = 1 point [video] each row is one rep so one rep with the right arm + one rep left with the left arm = 2 reps
