About This Competition
JEAN MICHEL THROWDOWN - SECOND EDITION
La communauté CrossFit 2 Frères organise sa seconde édition des Jean Michel Throwdown le Dimanche 8 Octobre 2023 de 8h à 18h.
Le format de cette année est en Team de 2 :
2 Hommes / 2 Femmes.
4 WODs + 1 Finale
Le niveau de la compétition est intermédiaire.
Les standards sont les suivants :
En haltérophilie:
-> Clean & Jerk 60/40
-> Snatch 40/25
-> DB 22.5/15
-> KB 24/16
En Gymnastique :
-> T2B
-> Pull up
Pas besoin de maitriser les Double Unders, on tient à la santé psychologique de nos juges ;)
Pas de qualification pour cette compétition.
L'objectif est de se dépasser sans se prendre au sérieux, dans une ambiance chaleureuse !
Il n'y a pas de remboursement prévu pour cet événement.
Restauration sur place prévue.
