Battle of the Badges
1. EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT RATE of $160. After 8/1/2023 price will increase to $180
2.Refunds will be issued if submitted before registration closes on 11/1/23. Any withdrawls from the competition AFTER the registration closes will be void of refunds.
3. Substitutes are allowed at any point, so long as there is at least 1 vet/active/reserve member on the team.
4. Rx division standards will be the same as the 2023 CrossFit Open Rx standards/weights. Intermediate division standards will be the same as the 2023 CrossFit Open Scaled standards.
5. WODS will be released ahead of time, one at a time. Approximate release date for Event 1 will be End of July
6. All WOD releases will include a detailed written description of the standards and rules along with a video of the wod using a demo team.
7. There will be utilization of Fitness Worms in the Rx Division! They will be TALON ATHLETIC 2-person worms. They weigh approximately 150lbs per worm. Co-Ed and Female/Female teams will have less volume of reps to ensure a fair competition.

Teams of 2 (Same Sex and Co-Ed)
2 Divisions (Rx/Intermediate)
Same Sex (M/M, F/F) and Co-Ed Teams will be competitng in the same divisions. We will ensure weights & volume of reps is scaled appropriately for Female/Female and Co-Ed teams to ensure fair competition.

There will be a tie breaker for this event AFTER the Divisions heats are finished IF there are multiple teams that tie. The tie breaker will be announced AT the Event. It won't include movments that aren't in the workout.
