AG18.2

Qualifier AG18.2

FOR TIME

60 Double Unders

15 Box Jump Overs

15 Chest to Bar

60 Double Unders

15 Box Jump Overs

15 Bar Muscle Ups

Time cap: 5mins

Tiebreak: Time after second set of Box Jump Overs

Men - All Divisions: 60cm Box

Women - All Divisions: 50cm Box

Equipment

  • Jump rope
  • Pull-up bar
  • Box: 60cm height for men / 50cm height for women

Scoring & Submission Deadline

For all athletes: If all 180 reps are completed within the 5-minute timecap, the athletes score will be the time taken to complete the workout. If the athlete is unable to finish the workout under the timecap, the score will be the total number of reps completed within the 5-minutes. Be sure to note your time after the second set of box jump overs which will act as a tiebreaker in the case of more than one athlete having the same score. If you are using a countdown timer, you must convert to elapsed time before reporting your score and/or tiebreak time. For this reason, it is highly recommended you set your clock to count up.

If any athlete does not manage to complete the workout under the timecap, the athlete will add 5sec for every rep missed to the 5mins.

E.g. ‘Athlete A’ was capped after completing only 5 of the 15 bar muscle ups. Athlete A’s final score will be: 5:50 (10 reps missed x 5 sec = 50sec penalty added to the timecap)

For teams: Each of the 4 athletes will complete this workout as individuals and the team’s score will be the accumulated time taken to complete the workout by all 4 athletes.

Submission deadline: Wednesday 27th June 23:59 (GMT+3 - Cyprus Time)
