Get out! Walk 5000 steps
20 min Amrap

As many rounds as possible in 20 min
Your workout score (rounds) does not matter for these points.
You get 2 point for completing the workout regardless of your result.
EMOM 16
1) 8 lunges into max side plank
2) Max burpees
(Score is total reps burpees)
Score for completing the workout is 2 per team member!
Your workout score does not affect those points.
For time
300 weighted step ups
*Every minute: 30 Jumping jacks or 20 Double unders
DB, water bottles, heavy back pack... take what you have!
Your workout score (time) does not matter for these points.
You get 2 point for completing the workout regardless of your result.
Here you have the chance to collect extra points!
By getting a friend to join you for the weekly challenges you can get 2 points per challenge.
It can not be a friend who is already participating in the Escapist Open.
The following challenges should be done together with your friend (live):
- Run 3k
- 5000 steps
- 50 burpees
- Open 21.1
- Extra workout: Amrap
3 days no sugar can be done seperetaly but at the same time (i.e. same 3 days).
To get friends bonus points for these challenges you have to upload a photo or video of you and your friend doing the challenges together. It should be uploaded to the facebook group "Escapist Open 2021".
Make sure your friend is okay with the photos being uploaded.
There are 6 challenges in week 1 where you can get bonus points - meaning 12 in total if you get someone to join each one of them.
It can be different friends joining the different challenges but there is a max of 2 points per challenge.
Here you have the chance to collect extra points!
By getting a friend to join you for the weekly challenges you can get 2 points per challenge and team member.
It can not be a friend who is already participating in the Escapist Open.

- Run 4k + 75 burpees
- 10 000 steps
- 4 days 10 min yoga/mobility
- Open 21.2
- Extra workout: EMOM16
