About This Competition

FR :

Bienvenue à la BeSolidarity, une compétition gratuite qui a pour but de vous divertir pendant cette période de confinement, avec des wod sans matériel et de courte durée. Les wods porteront le nom de vos boxs et seront réalisés par vos coachs afin de garder l'esprit communautaire du crossfit. Un wod de moins de 10 minutes sortira tous les 3 jours.

La fin de la compétition sera la date de réouverture de toutes les boxs en Europe. Si vous attrapez la compétition en retard il n’y a pas de problèmes, tous les wods sont réalisables jusqu’à la fin.

Pour valider votre score, il faut simplement vous filmer, les 10 premiers de chaque Wod seront jugés, le leaderboard est simplement là pour s’amuser.

Bienvenido a BeSolidarity, una competición gratuita que tiene como objetivo divertirse durante este período de confinamiento, con wods sin material y de corta duración. Los wods llevarán el nombre de tu box o plataforma de entrenamiento y serán realizados por tus entrenadores para mantener el espíritu de la comunidad crossfit. Un wod de menos de 10 minutos saldrá cada 3 días.


El final de la competición será cuando los box en Europa vuelvan a abrir sus puertas. Si llegas tarde a este evento, no pasa nada, todos los wods serán disponibles  hasta el ultimo día .


Para validar tu puntuación , solo tiene que grabarse , se juzgarán los 10 primeros de cada Wod, el leaderbord es simplemente simbólico, el objetivo es divertirse y compatir este evento todos juntos.
