About This Competition

✨ El momento del año ha llegado. ✨

 

Ese instante en el que invitamos a todo Puerto Rico a visitarnos y a disfrutar con nosotros nuestra casa, nuestro Rancho 🏋️‍♂️🌴

Lo que comenzó en 2022 como una competencia, hoy se ha convertido en un evento para toda la familia, donde se reúnen la pasión, el esfuerzo y el espíritu del CrossFit boricua. Aquí se miden los mejores atletas locales, celebrando el deporte, la comunidad y el crecimiento de nuestra isla.

*Rope Climbs- RX para las féminas la primera repetición de cada round en la soga es LEGLESS. Para el round de 1 tiene que ser legless


*Para los varones RX las primeras 2 repeticiones de cada round son LEGLESS. Para el round de 2 y 1 tienen que ser legless.

 

Sand Bag Complex- consta de un power clean + dos squats y eso equivale a 1 repetición. Para que sea valida la repetición después de realizar el power clean hay que demostrar control sacando una mano. Y después de cada squat hay que sacar la mano. No se permitirán repeticiones touch and go. Tienen que tirar el sand bag y volver a empezar.

La corrida empieza con 400mts para el round de 4 repeticiones y desciende por round hasta llegar a 100m para el ultimo.

Flow parte A- EMOM 0:00-7:00 se empieza cada minuto con
10 Dual DB Snatch para poder pasar al máximo de burpees.

Minutos del 7:00-9:00- Descanso/ tiempo para montar la barra con el peso deseado.

Flow parte B- 9:00-12:00 EMOM El atleta tendrá UN SOLO intento de repetición maxima de clean por minuto por 3 minutos. 

*Trabajo mínimo requerido- El trabajo mínimo sera completar los 10 DB Snatch dentro del minuto en cada minuto. De no lograrlo el atleta no conseguirá los puntos de ese minuto.

Dumbbell Snatch- Solo una cabeza tiene que tocar el piso. Se requerirá extension completa de rodillas, caderas y codos para que la repetición cuente.


Lateral Burpee over DB's- El atleta sera responsable de acomodar los DB correctamente antes de empezar con los burpees. Ambos pies tienen que pasar POR ENCIMA de los DB en cada burpee. Si los pies pasan por detrás de los DB es NO
