About This Competition

We are excited to be holding our 3rd year of in-house comps. This will be open to Members Only. Option for a member to bring a friend. No 'super teams' allowed!

Deadline is 14th June to sign up to allow us time to organise Team boards and heat times. There will be prizes for all 4 categories in 1st, 2nd & 3rd place.

We will celebrate the day with bbq & drinks.

Movement Standards in FEMALE RX:

  • Pull Ups (x2 athletes)
  • Chest to Bar Pull Ups (x1 athlete)
  • Toes to Bar (x2 athletes)
  • Wall Ball (6kg)
  • Clean 50kg x1 rep
  • Box jumps 20”
  • 1 x dumbbell 15kg

Movement Standards in FEMALE SCALED:

  • Jumping Pull Ups (x2 athletes)
  • Jumping Chest to Bar Pull Ups (x1 athlete)
  • Toes to Chest/Target (x2 athletes)
  • Wall Ball (6kg)
  • Clean 35kg x1 rep
  • Box jumps 20”
  • 1 x dumbbell 10kg
     

 

Movement Standards in MALE RX:

  • Pull Ups (x2 athletes)
  • Chest to Bar Pull Ups / BMU (x1 athlete)
  • Toes to Bar (x2 athletes)
  • Wall Ball (9kg)
  • Clean 80kg x1 rep
  • Box jumps 24”
  • 1 x dumbbell 22.5kg

  • Jumping Pull Ups (x2 athletes)
