Guam National Crime Victims' Rights Week Virtual Fitness Challenge 2022
About This Competition
In recognizing the 2022 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, the Guam Office of the Attorney General invites the community to join its virtual wellness challenge to support victims, commemorate their strength, and recognize the community partners who support them.
The top five teams that accumulate the most hours win bragging rights and a prize!
Select a team name. There is a maximum of 10 people per team. Each team must assign a team leader who will be responsible for tracking and updating their team’s accumulated workout hours.
Want your kids and youth under 18 to join and play along? Add their workout hours under their participating parent or guardian’s name, but be sure to log them individually on the verification forms!
Every minute of workout activity is equal to one point or “rep,” rounded to the nearest minute.
Example:
- 30 minutes of running = 30 reps
- 45 minutes and 35 seconds = 46 reps
Each team member must track and record their workout sessions and must submit their time and form of verification to their team leader.
