About This Competition
WheelWOD Games is the pinicale event for adaptive fitness for with the Best athletes in the world. Each division qualified through the WheelWOD open and sanctioned events. These athletes are from all over the world and are going to battle for the title of the fittest adaptive athlete in the World.
From December 2-4 they will be tested through over 10 events in all fields of adaptive fitness.

on a 6 minute Clock (EMOM)
Athlete can only attempt a 4RM once a minute, athlete can do less than 6 attempts , but they must lift 3 minutes in attempts

Clean
Any Clean can Be used as long as the bar starts on the floor and ends in the front rack with palms facing up and elbows infron of the bar on each lift.
*Quad will be Hang Clean**
