PAIRS COMPETITION.
3 Categories >> MM, FF & MF.
20 teams per category. Event will sell out.
Workouts will be suitable for all levels. Seasoned Crossfitters to first time competitors. You are guaranteed to have a ripper time.
You will be able to pick whether you scale or RX each workout.
RX will score above scaled (just like the open) in this inclusive one division competition.
Great venue for spectating with a mezzanine viewing platform so round up your cheer squad, grab your spring fling and get registered now!
Workouts are still in the testing phase so movement standards will be released soon but I wouldn't wait, grab your spot today.
No crazy movement standards. Likely to be very standard RX weights and something very doable for our scaled athletes so don't wait, register now.
