BWF SUMMER SLAM ☀️

The first of many events hosted by Black Wolf Fitness.

Let's kick things off with a Same Sex Pairs, direct entry into Rx & Scaled divisions.

0815-0900: Athlete Briefing (WOD 1 & 2)

0900-1028: MASHED SPUD

1035-1210: AMORE ODIO

1230-1245: Athlete Briefing (WOD 3 & 4)

1255-1416: FRANSOME

1430-1626: THE 3 BEARS

1635-1700: Podium & Event Wrap Up
