Workouts

Objective: Accumulate the maximum number of burpee box jump overs within a 20-second time frame.
Equipment:
Box height: 24 inches for men, 20 inches for women.
Instructions:
Starting Position: Stand facing the box (24 inches for men, 20 inches for women).
Burpee Phase:Begin in a standing position.
Move into a squat position with your hands on the ground.
Kick your feet back into a plank position, while keeping your arms extended.
Immediately lower your body to the ground until your chest touches the floor.
Push up to return to the plank position.
Jump your feet back towards your hands to return to the squat position.
Box Jump Over Phase:Explosively jump onto the box from the squat position. Ensure both feet make contact with the box.
Jump off the other side of the box to complete one rep.
Turn around to face the box for the next rep.
Rules:
Athlete must face the box during the entire exercise.
Both feet must touch the box during the jump.
Chest must clearly touch the floor during the burpee.
Complete as many reps as possible within 20 seconds.
Filming Guidelines:
Position the camera to the side of the athlete to capture a full profile view.
Ensure both sides of the box are visible in the frame.
Include a visible clock or timer in the frame to validate the 20-second time frame.
Scoring: The total number of completed burpee box jump overs within the 20 seconds will be your score. Each fully completed rep counts as one point.
Safety Tips:
Use a stable and appropriately sized box.
Warm up adequately before the challenge.
Focus on form to prevent injury.
Challenge yourself and strive for your personal best!
