Two Athlete Divisions.
For This Comp Movement Standards
BAM (Bad ass in the making) -
Bar cycling Clean/STOH/Power snatches/Thrusters/SDLHP/Front squat/Lunges @25kg
Deadlift no more than 50kg
SU
Gymnastic moves all scaled - no surprises
DB movements 10kg
KB movements 12kg and if we use a 16 it will be for a simple movement like a DL or Russian KB Swing
Step ups on a box or jumps
Wall balls 6kg at the most
RX -

Deadlift no more than 80kg
DU
Gymnastics- Pull ups, TTB, Handstand push ups (option with Mats)
DB movements 15kg
KB movements 16 kg and if we use a 24kg it will be for a simple movement like a DL or Russian KB Swing
Box jumps
Wall balls 7 or 9kg

5 Synchro Hand Release Clap Burpees
7 Deadlifts 70kg (45Kg BAM)
35 DU (70 SU BAM)
WOD 2A (For combined max weight)
Each partner takes turns in hitting a max. Can put weight up and down for each member. Team members can help each other change the bar)
With a 10 minute running clock:
Max Clean (RX Squat Clean, BAM Squat or power clean)
Rest 1 min rot change bar
Part B (for rounds and reps)

1 GTOH each
10 sync squat thrusts

Chipper: AMRAP 12
40 Box Jumps 20" (Jumps or step ups BAM )
30 KBS 16kgs (12kgs BAM)
20 Traverse in plank over a KB and Press up ( Knees or hips BAM)
10 TTB ( Knee raises BAM)
WOD 4 (for rounds and reps)

8 Pull Ups/4 Chest to bar (RX) 8 Jumping PULL UP/4 Pull ups (BAM)
