About This Competition
- Two person, same gender AFTERNOON competition.
- RX and Scaled divisions!
- CASH PRIZES for Rx!
- Fun, competitve workouts to challenge all athletes!
- 4 workouts for all competitiors! Final event for top teams in each division!
- Event t-shirt if registered by July 15!
- Cookout and beach volleyball to follow the comp!
Event score weighting:
- Girth Train: 100 points
- Capacity As Fuck: 100 points
- Left Holding the Bag: 80 points
- Pull and Pray (bike): 60 points
- Pull and Pray (rope): 60 points
