We have limited spots for MM/FF teams of CrossFitters who are looking for a fun and local competition with 4 scored events and prizes for the top 3 places.

Event Info:
- There is only ONE DIVISION for teams - meaning there will not be RX or Scaled divisions - just ONE DIVISION FOR ALL.
- There are 4 progressive and inclusive events, 3 to be released prior to event day plus 1 to be announced day of event.
- What does "progressive and inclusive" mean? Here's an example:
- Accumulate a max load of successfully lifted Deadlifts in 6:00. Score is the combined weight of partners' lifts.

- Assault Bike
- 24/16 kg KBs
- Ski Erg
- 15' Climbing Rope
- 30/24" Box
- Barbell + Plates (knowledge/proficiency of Olympic Lifts)
EVENT 1:
Complete as many calories as possible in 4 minutes of:
Assault Bike
*The first team member will move forward from the start line to the bike at the call of 3,2,1,Go! The second team member will stay at the start line. Team members can switch whenever they would like, but must switch at the start line.
EVENT 2:
Complete as many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
15-Foot Rope Climbs
*The first team member will move forward to the rope from the start line at the call of 3,2,1,Go! The second team member will stay at the start line. Team members can switch whenever they would like, but must switch at the start line.
EVENT 3:
Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes, for maximum load successfully lifted:
10 Bar-Facing Burpees
3 Cleans
*Teams will have two minutes to pre-load their barbells, and may add weight to the barbell themselves throughout the event so long as they do so after completing the 3 clean attempts of the previous set, and before they perform the Bar-Facing Burpees of the subsequent set. The barbell cannot get lighter once the event starts.
*Teammates must each complete six sets - a total of 60 Bar-Facing Burpees and up to 18 Clean attempts - but they may choose to break up the work however they would like. For example, a team may choose to have their first athlete do six consecutive sets, followed by their teammate doing the final six sets; or teams may choose to alternate sets. As long as both team members perform the requisite number of sets, they may choose any set strategy they would like. The team’s total score will be the amount of weight successfully lifted.

- All athletes will be required to sign a waiver.
- Designated warm up areas both inside and outside.
- Athletes are encouraged to bring tents/canopies for their outdoor rest areas.

Workouts
Event 1
Complete as many calories as possible in 4 minutes of:
Assault Bike
*The first team member will move forward from the start line to the bike at the call of 3,2,1,Go! The second team member will stay at the start line. Team members can switch whenever they would like, but must switch at the start line. Roll over calories WILL NOT count. Calories with decimals will not round up. For example, 44.8 calories is 44.
Event 2
Complete as many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
15-Foot Rope Climbs
The first team member will move forward to the rope from the start line at the call of 3,2,1,Go! The second team member will stay at the start line. Team members can switch whenever they would like, but must switch at the start line. Rep will be counted when one hand touches ABOVE the tape line, not when they return to the floor.
Event 3
Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes, for maximum load successfully lifted:
10 Bar-Facing Burpees
3 Cleans
Teams will have two minutes to pre-load their barbells, and may add weight to the barbell themselves throughout the event so long as they do so after completing the 3 clean attempts of the previous set, and before they perform the Bar-Facing Burpees of the subsequent set. For time:
100/80 Calories of Ski Erg while Partner Holds 24/16 kg Kettlebells Overhead
25 Wall Walks while Partner Holds 24/16 kg Kettlebells in Front Rack
50 Synchronized Goblet Squats (24/16 kg each)
50-Foot Unbroken Walking Lunges with 24/16 kg Kettlebells (2 x 25’ segments each partner)
100 Follow-the-Leader Box Jump-Overs (30”/24” - 50 reps each partner)
*Teammates cannot accumulate calories or reps unless their partner is in the isometric hold position. For the KB Front Rack Hold, knuckles are under the chin, hands cannot touch, and must be within 2 inches of each other.
