GFC 23.1:
Set the clock for 12 mins:

• Every 2:00, including 0:00, complete Reps of Push Press ( 43 Kgs)
• Push Press Reps:

In a 20-minute time cap:
Part A:
• 4 rounds for time:
• 12 calories row
• 9 bar facing burpees
• 6 ring muscle-ups
• 3 shoulder to overhead ( 70 kgs)
• Reset rower after every round - athletes are the only ones allowed to reset the rower.keep the rower screen readable for every round .
Part B: (Must start after finishing Part A)
• 1 rep max deadlift
Start with the same barbell loaded with (70kg)
DONT start with a preloaded barbell more than (70kg )
All submissions must be in KGs
If using LBs, please convert correctly !
Butterfly Muscle-ups are prohibited ( must include a clear dip and full elbow extension)
In a 20-minute time cap:
Part A:
• 4 rounds for time:
• 12 calories row
• 9 bar facing burpees

Box Jumps (30")

Thrusters:
This is a standard barbell thruster in which the barbell moves from the bottom of a front squat to full lockout overhead. The bar starts on the ground. No racks allowed. The hip crease must clearly pass below the top of the knees in the bottom position. A full squat clean into the thruster is allowed when the bar is taken from the floor. If the barbell is dropped from overhead, it must settle on the ground before the athlete picks it up for the next repetition.
Using a ball, box or other object to check for proper depth is not allowed.
Box Jumps :
Every rep must begin with both feet on the floor. The rep finishes with the hips and knees fully open while in control on top of the box.
You may jump or step up or down as long as both feet start on the ground and both feet end on the box in control. Its not a Box Jump Over .
