You Go/I Go Style: One partner works while the other rests.

Partners alternate full rounds of the Deadlift/Burpee Over Bar ladder.

Time Cap: 9 minutes

 

 

Workout Description:

Duration: 8 minute AMRAP
Goal: Complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible within the time cap.
Movements:

12 Toes-to-Bar (TTB)
12 Synchro Single-Arm Devil Press (Alternating)
Round 1: All reps performed with the Right Arm.
Round 2: All reps performed with the Left Arm.
Subsequent rounds: Continue alternating arms each round.
120 Double-Unders (Dubs)
Can be split any way between the team members.

Partner 1 begins the workout by completing the following sequence:
Ski Erg: Complete 10 calories (Men) or 8 calories (Women).
Farmers Carry: Carry 270 lbs (Men) or 210 lbs (Women) for 25 ft, with no grips allowed. Scaled loads will be 140 lbs (Men) or 106 lbs (Women)
Sandbag Carry: Carry a 150-lb sandbag (Men) or 100-lb sandbag (Women) for 25 ft, with no grips allowed. Scaled loads will be 100 lbs (Men) or 70 lbs (Women)
Tag in Partner 2 after Partner 1 completes the sequence.
Partner 2 then repeats the same sequence:
Ski Erg: Complete 10 calories (Men) or 8 calories (Women).
Farmers Carry: Carry 270 lbs (Men) or 210 lbs (Women) for 25 ft, with no grips allowed.
Sandbag Carry: Carry a 150-lb sandbag (Men) or 100-lb sandbag (Women) for 25 ft, with no grips allowed.
Repeat the sequence one more time within the 4-minute time cap.
