About This Competition



The competition is designed for Beginner and Intermediate athletes who have a competitive drive.

The Average Joe Standard: Combined times for Fran, Grace, and Karen workouts GREATER than 15 Minutes. "If your times are faster than 15 minutes don't be an A-hole and sign up!!!!"

Intermediate Standards for both Men and Women: Must do unassisted pull-ups and Rx weights in Benchmark Workouts!

NOTE: Your registration fee will NOT be refunded if you back out!!

Workouts

12 min time cap

4 rounds for time

10 pullups

10 burpees

12 box jumps or step ups

then.....

6 minutes to establish 1 RM front squat off the rack!


Jumping pull-ups for beginners
Intermediate men 24” box
Intermediate women 20” box
Beginner men 20” box
Beginner women 16” box
If an athlete completes the 4 rounds prior to the time cap they will rest until the end of the 12 minutes then the clock will reset for 6 minutes for the 1RM front squat portion. Athletes will receive two separate scores.







WOD 2 Clean Speed Ladder
4-minute time cap
15/12 cal bike buy-in!
Athletes will complete 2 power or squat cleans at each weight!
Men intermediate 115, 135, 155, 175, 195.
Women intermediate 85, 95, 105, 115, 125.
Men beginner 85, 95, 105, 115, 125.
Women beginner 55, 65, 75, 85, 95.
Tiebreaker is the last 2 reps completed at the same weight.
