Girls Gone Rx UK is back for round 2 .....
Hosted by Northern Soul, FAILSWORTH, Manchester!
Our competitions bring together all types of women through Competing for a Cure.
Same-Sex Teams of 3 Badass Ladies!
4 Workouts, no finals!
Direct Entry - No qualifiers!
Tunes, Prizes, photos taken and vendors!!
Two Athlete Divisions.
RX:
Bar cycling Clean/STOH/Snatches/Thrusters/SDLHP/OH squat/Lunges @35kg
Deadlift no more than 80kg
DU
Gymnastics- Pull ups, TTB, Handstand push ups (option with Mats)
DB movements 15kg
KB movements 16 kg and if we use a 24kg it will be for a simple movement like a DL or Russian KB Swing
Box jumps
Wall balls 7 or 9kg u
BAM (Badass In the Making): Otherwise our 'scaled' division!
Bar cycling Clean/STOH/Power snatches/Thrusters/SDLHP/Front squat/Lunges @25kg
Deadlift no more than 50kg
SU
Gymnastic moves all scaled - no surprises
DB movements 10kg
KB movements 12kg and if we use a 16 it will be for a simple movement like a DL or Russian KB Swing
Step ups on a box or jumps
Wall balls 6kg at the most

60 Sync Partner Box Jump overs 2 Work 1 rest (BAM: Step overs)
50 AMSU ALL Sync with 10kg plate (BAM 2 Work 1 rest no plate)
40 Strict Press 25kg (BAM: Push Press 25kg) 1 Person working others resting
30 Choice Movement Pull Ups or Bar Muscle Ups (BAM: Jumping Pull ups or Pull Ups) 1 person working othewrs resting
20 Squat Snatch 35KG (BAM:Power Snatch 25KG) 1 Person Working others resting
On the 30 reps if tou do the harder movement every rep you do at that movement gives you 5 points that is scored as another wod/4B
If you cap it's a second for every rep you have left added
Remember RX you need to change your bar over in weight before you start the Snatches
On the Parts where it's 1 person working or syrncho everyone has to do at least a rep you can't leave it all to 1 or 2 people
5 points for each Muscle up/Pull up
Most you can get is 150-1 person can't do all the reps though all three must have been doing the harder movement to get the 150
