Battle@BundyFIT

 

We love hosting comps for our BundyFIT fam and training friends !!!

We have limited spots for each division to reduce waiting times between workouts for participants.


Our goal is to create an awesome atmosphere, make everyone feel comfortable, and give atheltes the opportuntiy to test themselves !!

40 Double Unders

30 Kettlebell Swing 24/16kg

20 Toe-2-Bar

Then, MAX reps Clean & Jerks 60/40kg

Split the reps however you choose

Score is your total reps for the Clean & Jerks only

With a 10 minute time-cap complete:

3 Rounds for Time:

50 Double Unders

30 Kettlebell Swing 32/24kg

30 Toe-2-Bar

Then, MAX reps Clean & Jerks 70/50kg

Split the reps however you choose

50 Single Skips

30 Kettlebell Swing 16/12kg

For Time (8 minute CAP): 

Partner 1 - 500m Run

Partner 2 - 30 Box Jumps

Once both partners finished move onto:

Partner 2 - 500m Run

Partner 1 - 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Once both partners finished move onto:

15 Synchronised Devils Press

NOTE: Cannot progress to next section until both partners have completed their respective movements

At the 8 minute mark athletes must stop if they have not finished Part A and move on to Part B. If athletes finish Part A before the 8 minutes they rest until the 8 minute mark when Part B commences

Partner 2 - 30 Box Step-ups  24/20 inch

Once both partners finished move onto:

Partner 2 - 400m Run

Partner 1 - 20 Burpee Box Step Overs

Once both partners finished move onto:

15 Synchronised Devils Press  10/7kg

NOTE: Cannot progress to next section until both partners have completed their respective movements

20 Deficit HSPU's - 20kg plate deficit
