2 lifting stations;

Each athlete will have 20 secs to hit the weight, with as many attempts as you need within the 20 secs; 15 sec transition between each athlete. When an athlete hits the lift, they continue to the next round; if an athlete misses the lift; they are out; Score is heaviest made lift. 

Total score will be each athlet's heaviest made lift combined.

Scale/Teens Start at (95#/65#)

Int/Masters Start at (155#/105#)

Details:

Both athletes will stand at the top of the lane together. When the clock starts, Athlete 1 will run to bike and complete one round then run back to the top of the lane and tage Athlete 2. Then, Athlete 2 will run to the bike and complete one round. Clock does not stop until Athlete 2 crosses the top of the lane where they started. 

Part 1:

800m Run (both athletes)

Part 1 score is run time when 2nd athlete finishes 800m Run.

Leap Frog Part 2:

In reamining time; alternating movements:

RX:

10 Shoulder to OH (115/85) 

8 Chest to Bar

6 Bar Facing Burpees (two foot take off)

Int/Masters:

10 Shoulder to OH (95/65) 

8 Pull-Ups

6 Bar Facing Burpees (two foot take off)

Scaled/Teens:

10 Shoulder to OH (75/55)

8 Jumping Pull-Ups (must swing head through at the bottom; chin must go over bar at the top)

6 Bar Facing Burpees (may step over bar)

 

Once BOTH athletes are back from their run, athlete 1 will start on the barbell.

Part 2 Score will be total reps.

*Athletes MUST alternate movements*

Example: 

Athlete 1: 10 STOH

Athlete 2: 8 CTB

Athlete 1: 6 Bar Facing Burpees
