Rumble in the River Valley 2023
About This Competition
Last year was great, but this year will be better! More energy, more fun, and bigger prizes. Registration opens on Feb 15th. You can expect 4 scored events and high energy as you test your fitness alongside friends. We will have food and drinks sold on location (no alcohol will be served, but you can BYOB to the party!).
The 4 events will be challenging, but appropriately programmed for a Scaled and Rx division. Find movement requirements on the CrossFit 413 Instagram (@crossfit413). The party will start May 20th at 8:00 AM, and the awards ceremony will end by 5:00 PM. Bring a friend and come join the party!
Teams of 2 - Same Gender. Scaled and Rx division. Workouts will be released on the CrossFit 413 Instagram. NO REFUNDS. If you are have already signed up and need to back out, you are welcome to find a replacement and keep your team's spot.
