About This Competition

The 2022 Meltdown Throwdown will be Saturday, April 2nd. 

MMM/FFF Teams of 3, Intermediate and Scaled.

Registration opens Monday, January 31st at 10am. 

Shirt deadline for registration is March 14th. 

No refunds will be given for any reason. You may transfer your registration at any time. Email jeremy@crossfitfargo.com if you need assistance.

Division Standards

Intermediate Teams of 3

(At least 2 teammates should be able to perform the following)

Snatch 115/75#

Clean and Jerk 135/95#

Bench Press 185/115#

Deadlift 225/155#

DB Power Snatch 50/35#

Double DB Front Squat 50/35#

Toes-to-Bar

Chin-Over-Bar Pull ups

Double Unders
