Are you tough enough for TOUGH'N'ROUGH 2020?
What is TOUGH’N’ROUGH?
We are hosting a team competition. Teams consist of 1 female and 1 male athlete. You do not have to have the same age nor train at the same box. You do not even have to come from the same country. As long as you meet the requirements for the divisions, you can compete in the online qualifier and try to secure your spot at the final.
Divisions
- RX
- Intermediate
The requirements for the two divisions are similar to the Crossfit Opens. RX is RX and Intermediate is scaled. So if you are a RX Ahtlete at the Opens you wont have a problem to participate in the TOUGH'N'ROUGH RX Division. If you are not an RX Athlete yet, you will be better off if you choose Intermediate.
Online Qualifier
The Online Qualifier starts on 03.07.2020. You will have to complete 3 Qualifier-Workouts. All the workouts will be released at the same time. It is on you to choose the order in which you complete the workouts. You have to submit all scores by 26.07.2020. Late score submissions will not be accepted.
Registration Fee for teams
Online Qualifier for each division CHF 50.
Early Bird for registration before 31.03.2020 CHF 40.
Please note that Competition Corner will add a processing fee.
Final
The Final takes place on 12.09.2020 in St. Gallen at the «Athletik Zentrum St. Gallen». The best 20 teams of each division out of the online qualifier will earn their spot for the final.
