About This Competition
Same Sex Teams of 4 Functional Fitness Competition based in Kendal, Lake District.
Saturday 4th February: Scaled Men and Women
Sunday 5th February: Rx Men and Women
We know how to throw a comp, programme sick workouts, create an atmosphere and organise an event like no other.
Paul Warrior of On the Program will be professionally programming each workout. The team rigorously test each event to ensure they are challenging, fun and well thought out. The workouts will test your all-round ability as a team and an individual.
There are NO QUALIFIERS. We emphasise teamwork, synchronisation, applying your fitness and grunt work.
If you participate in the open and scale workouts then compete in the scaled category, if you go Rx then you know what to enter. Please apply common sense and don't be a douchebag.
Event facilities:
Fell CrossFit is also home to Fold Coffee, so there will be brews and bakes for days. There will be street food and a bar for bevs. There'll be an epic DJ, professional photographer and an exclusive BUILT UP NORTH pop-up shop.
