About This Competition
CrossFit IronSpider's Cougars & Cradle Robbers Throwdown is back for its 8th year! We know there are some crazy Cougars & Cradle Robbers that have their eyes on some young cubs; scoop up your date for the hottest date you’ll ever go on and come to Throwdown.
Cougars & Cradle Robbers is a unique CrossFit competition mixing BADASS Masters (40+) with young BUCKS (under40)! This competition will have COED teams of two with 2 divisions, RX and Scaled. Kick some booty and watch fierce Cougars throwing down with young studs and Cradle Robbers representing with buff young chicks. Cash prize, great vendors, and free swag will attract a sell-out crowd so register ASAP!
