About This Competition

2 jours de compétition dans la plus conviviale des BOXs de Châteauroux, CrossFit Powerful Resilience vous propose son premier CONTEST ouvert à toutes et à tous, ayant les pré-requis bien entendu 😉

SAMEDI 7 DÉCEMBRE
-> TEAM HOMME/FEMME
3 WODs + 1 Demi (15 TEAMS) + 1 Finale (5 TEAMS)

DIMANCHE 8 DÉCEMBRE
-> TEAM FEMME/FEMME & HOMME/HOMME (2 podiums séparés)
4 WODs + 1 Finale (5 TEAMS)

Pré-requis :

Pour plusieurs répétitions (pas ton 1 RM 🤷🏼‍♀️)
🔸Snatch 40/30
🔸C&J 60/45
🔸DB (tous mouvements) 22,5/15
🔸KB (tous mouvements) 24/16
🔸WallBall 9/6

Les deux athlètes (peut être en synchro 🤓)
🔺Toes to bar
🔺Pull Ups
🔺Hand Stand Push Up

Au moins un athlète
▪️Bar Muscle up
▪️Rope climb (tu pourras utiliser tes jambes 😉)

3 podiums ➡️ 9 teams récompensées, donc pour chaque podium :
