About This Competition
Get ready for the biggest comp WA has ever Seen!!
Rumble in the Jungle Teams consists of teams of 4. 2 male and 2 female.
Expect to have some serious fun with your teammates whilst being put to you paces in well thought out challenging workouts! Chasing Better Wod Supplies have come to the party with some serious equipment and who knows what we might throw in there!
We are hosting RITJ Teams in our new Roar Fitness Bibra Lake Facility. The facility has so much room for you and your friends and family to come watch whilst the kids are entertained on our massive play ground. Roar Bar and Grill will be serving food all weekend and Gage roads have come to the party to sponsor our beer garden for spectators!!

Masters 40+
Standards:
Beginner - Open to all levels of beginner cross fitters. Beginners should be fun and will be!! You do not need pull-ups or double unders. You just need a partner and be ready to have some fun!!
Intermediate - Double Unders, Male C2B - Female/ Pull-ups, Toes to bar, Snatch 60/40kg, clean and jerk 70/50kg.
Masters Open - We will be aiming Masters Open at Athletes who are weekend warriors. Training up to ~5 time per week. If you are RX level competitive in the Normal categories then this is not for you.
Rx - Muscle-ups, Snatch 90/55kg, HSPU Strict/kipping
Pre-teens - Up to 9-12 years. Although we specify an age it is only a guide as kids develop at different rates. Please contact if you are not sure. Pre-teens will need to be able to skip hang on a bar, do a wall handstand know how to use a rower and move light weights
Teens - 13-16 The ability to Snatch/ Clean and Jerk, toes to bar, pull-ups even if in singles and double unders.
*Please note, standards are just a guide and you will be able to play to the strengths of your partner if needed.
