About This Competition

TeamUp Legends is a competition where two buddies compete together.

There are 3 divisions. The results of the (online) qualifiers will determine your division.

30 teams in the Intermediate Division
30 teams in the RX Division
30 teams in the Elite Division
TeamUp Legends 2022 divisions:

Workout Release Date: November 1st of 2022.


Of each division a maximum of 10 teams will compete in our live event on May 7th of 2023.

Sum of the best of 3 attempts at each lift:


Back Squat
Shoulder Press
Deadlift


Attempt each lift 3 times. The weight must increase after each successful attempt at each movement. The weight may not be decreased after the first attempt. A failed rep counts as an attempt. Take the Back Squat and Shoulder Press (aka: Strict Press) from the weight rack.

There is no time limit for each lift, but the sequence in which they are all performed is first the Back Squat, then the Shoulder Press and finish with the Deadlift

Buddy 2: 15 Double DB Shoulder to Overhead

Buddy 1 and 2 (share reps however you want, but in every round both buddies need to do at least 1 Double DB Box Step Over): 30 Double DB Box Step Overs

DB weight: 2 x 15/ 2 x10 kg

Box height 24/20 inch

One completed rounds gives you 90 reps.

Log the total reps you and your buddy completed.

Show the 15 calories every round in the camera.
