Who? We are inviting teams of two to take to the stage in our novo and open categories.
It wouldn’t be an NFG season finale if we didn’t round off the event season with a visit to Loughborough University. Introducing NFG’s FitFest for 2021 – our core event returns and this year, it is guaranteed to be larger and livelier than ever. Loughborough’s world-class facilities and central location continue to make this the perfect venue to host an unforgettable conclusion to a fantastic year for NFG.
Not only will NFG FitFest include our biggest and best NFG team competition ever, but we will also be joined by some amazing additional events at the festival, including GB Roundnet, Strongman, PureSport CBD 5K Run – making it an unmissable day for all fitness fanatics.

Competition format
Teams of two with novo sub-categories available (male, female and mixed with even gender split).

SCORE = TIME TAKEN TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Each team member must complete all 4 Rounds of the following, in Indian File with only one team member working at any one time:
ROUND 1
- Watt Bike: Males 500m / Females 350m
- 5 x Over the Wall
ROUND 2
- Watt Bike: Males 500m / Females 350m
- 30m Sandbag Carry Males @30kg / Females @20kg
ROUND 3
- Watt Bike: Males 500m / Females 350m
- 6 x Burpees Over Bar
ROUND 4
- Watt Bike: Males 500m / Females 350m
- 10 x Plate GTOH: Males @20kg / Females @15kg
Complete as many reps as possible as a team of the following in order, with one team member working at a time (except for the synchro movements):
50 x Wall Balls
Males @9kg / Females @6kg
40 x Russian KB Swings
Males @24kg / Females @16kg
30 Cal Ski-erg
20 x Sit Ups
10 x Burpee to plate
*E3MOM the team must complete 4 x 20kg Sandbag Ground to over Shoulder (2 reps per team member)
- 0-6 Mins - Build to a 5 Rep Max Deadlift (Sumo or Conventional)
- *Both team members will record a score
- 6-8 Mins - REST
- 8-10 Mins - Each team member to complete max reps in 60 secs of KB Goblet Squat: Males @20kg, Females @12kg
- 10-12 Mins - REST
- 12-14 Mins - Each team member to complete max reps in 60 secs of BB Shoulder to Overhead: Males @30kg, Females @20kg
SCORE = COMBINED TOTAL OF EACH TEAM MEMBERS: 5RM DEADLIFT + (GOBLET SQUAT REPS x 5) + (STOH REPS x 5)
