About This Competition

- $20 cost

- Part of proceeds go to benefit Serving Orphans Worldwide 

- Rx and Scaled divisions

- Prizes for podium in each division

- All workouts virtual and must be filmed to qualify for podium prizes

- No qualification (standards for each division will be provided)

- Refund and substitition on case by case basis

- Swag available for purchase (athlete discount for those who register)

 

Equipment Needs:
Rower
Jump Rope
Dumbbell (2x..RX: 65/50 ; Intermediate: 50/35 ; Scaled: 35/20)
Wall Ball (20/14lbs)
Barbell with Bumper Plates (Change recommended)
Wall for HSPU
Pull Up Bar (Bar muscle up capable)
- Band for Pull-Ups (scaled only)
Rings (Rx only)
Box (30/24)

Kettle Bells (Rx: 72/53 ; Intermediate: 53/35 ; Scaled: 35/21)
Camera for video purposes

Workouts

Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of the following:

- 50 Dumbbell Power Snatches at 50/35lbs (alternate arms in any fashion).

- 50 Alternating Dumbbell Walking Lunges at 50/35lbs (carry the dumbbell above the waist).

- 50 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean and Jerks at 50/35lbs (alternate arms in any fashion).

- Max Dumbbell Step Ups at 50/35lbs at 20in in time remaining (alternate legs in any fashion; carry the dumbbell above the waist).

Scaled Division: Perform at 35/20lbs.

Your score is the total amount of dumbbell step ups finished at 12 minutes. Your tie break is the time at which you fininished the set of 50 dumbbell hang clean and jerks. 

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of the following:

- 3 Bar Muscle Ups.

- 8 Deadlifts at 275/185lbs.

Scaled Division: Replace Bar Muscle Ups with 6 Jumping Pull-Ups and Deadlifts at 185/115lbs.

Complete 4 rounds for time within a 20-minute cap:
- 45 Double Unders.
- 30 Barbell Thrusters at 45/35lbs.
- 15 Toes to Bar.


Scaled Division: Perform 45 Single Unders and replace Toes to Bar with 15 Hanging
Knee Raises.

Complete a 2km row, followed by max bar-facing burpees in the time remaining of a 10-minute window.

Score is total burpees completed.

Tie break is time at which 2km row is completed. 

RX and Scaled:
Rowing: Event starts with the athletes feet in the rower foot straps with the rowing handle in the cradle. Set the rower to 2000m. The video must be able to see the meters on the rower. Ensure you document the time the 2000m row is completed – this will be your event tie break time.


Burpees: Upon completion of the row, complete as many burpees over the barbell in time remaining. Chest and hips must touch the ground. Lateral or bar facing is permissible. You may step or jump over the bar. 


Ensure the barbell is loaded with 45lb bumper plates on each side with clips

In a 10-minute window, establish the heaviest possible complex of: - 3 Hang Snatches.

Score is heaviest complex hit.

Any snatch variation is allowed: Power, Split, or Squat.
