About This Competition
THE CROSSFIT EPSOM TO REIGATE RELAY THROWDOWN
Gather your squad and take on the ultimate test of teamwork, endurance, and fitness! This one-of-a-kind competition challenges teams of 4 CrossFitters + 1 Runner to battle through a day of intense and strategic workouts across two locations.
THE FORMAT
🔹 Event 1 – CrossFit Epsom: Your team of 4 kicks things off with a challenging workout designed to test strength, coordination, and teamwork
🔹 Event 2 – The 10km Relay: Your designated runner takes off on a 10km journey from CrossFit Epsom to CrossFit Reigate, carrying your team’s momentum forward.
🔹 Event 3 – CrossFit Reigate: Once the runner arrives, your waiting team of 4 jumps straight into another high-energy workout that demands strategy, grit, and skill.
🔹 Event 4 – The Grand Finale: All 5 team members (yes, even your runner!) have the option to throw down together in the final test—a workout designed to push your limits and bring the entire squad together.
