About This Competition
FITTEST ON THE FARM is a 2 Person Competition held on a Farm in Lapeer MI. There are M/M, F/F, and M/F divisions along with a kids workout mid day. There will be a food truck, coffee stand, and plenty of space to cheer on those athletes. All warm up space is in the barn and all events will be held outside on the property. If in case there is inclement weather, we can take events indoors to the indoor arena on site.
Event 1:
FOR TIME:
6 Rounds
500m Run
10 Burpees
20 Hand Release Push Ups
30 Air Squats
**Run is done together every round
**Odd rounds reps are synchronized
**Even rounds reps are shared
**Tie breaker is the time each team finishes round 3
Description:
At 3, 2, 1, go, all athletes will head to the trail head, the trail will be marked and can be easily followed. In round 1, both athletes will be synchronized and complete 10 burpees. the synchronization will be when both athletes chests are touching the ground at the same time. Once 10 reps are completed, both athletes will move onto 20 hand release push ups. Again the synchronization will be when both athletes chests are on the ground. the push up reps must start at the top and end at the top to be counted as 1 rep. After 20 reps are completed, both athletes will move on to the 30 synchronized air squats. The synchronization will be at the bottom of the squat, below parallel. After those reps are completed both athletes will begin round 2 with a trail run. On all even rounds, athletes will share the reps of 10 burpees, 20 HR push ups, and 30 air squats. On all odd rounds, those reps will need to be synchronized. Once the 6th rd is completed, athletes will finish in the open field at the designated finish line.

Description:
At 3, 2, 1, go, athletes will pick up their worm and begin 15 clean and jerks together. After they have completed their first set of C&Js they will advance to the rig and one partner will begin their wall balls. These reps may be shared between you and your partner however you decide. Once the 60 WBs are completed, one partner will begin their 60 Pull ups. Again, you and your partner may split these reps however you decide. After completing your 60 PUs, both partners will return to the worm and do 15 more C&Js. Next your team will complete 40 reps of WBs, 40 reps of PUs, back to the worm for 15 more C&Js, 20 WBs and 20 PUs. After all reps are completed you are your partner will sprint to cross the designated finish line. Once both partners have crossed the line your judge will stop your time and record your score.

4 Rounds of:
Min 1: 2 Rep Squat Clean (Both Athletes)
Min 2 & 3: Hay Bale Push ( 1 Athlete at a time)

**Each rd of squat cleans each athlete must increase in weight
**If an athlete fails to increase their weight or fails to complete their 2 reps in the minute that athlete is done.
**Only athletes can change their weights
**Must start behind the line for the hay bale push
**Only one athlete is pushing the bale at a time
