Workouts
Part A: Back squat
Minute 0 - 3 = males complete max reps with 60kg
Minute 3 - 4 = swap weights
Minute 4 - 7 = females complete max reps with 40kg
Part B: Overhead press
Minute 7 - 8 = Rest
Minute 8 - 11 = males complete max reps with 40kg
Minute 11-12 = swap weights
Minute 12 - 15 = females complete max reps with 20kg
Split into pairs in male / female combination.
There will be two Rowers per team.
Each pair must complete 750m on their erg in YGIG format. They then will go into (paired) synchro 75 body weight lunges, and synchro 30 down-ups.
Pairs will then go back to their ergs and complete another 750m, with another round of synchro 75 body weight lunges and 30 down-ups.
Team will then complete Max metres on the ergs for the remaining time.
In your team of four, split into pairs in any combination.
One pair completes a lap or the park - the other pair completes max metres on the bike.
Once the running pair returns they swap over.
Each pair must complete 3 laps in total.
For the remaining time, the whole team must complete max metres on the bike.
