About This Competition
The Reiver Games - Same Sex pairs FINALS
Congratulations on making it to the finals of the TRG Crossfit Licensed same sex pairs event at CROSSFIT TWEEDBANK on October 4th! You've worked incredibly hard to get here, and we're excited to see you showcase your fitness abilities at the only Crossfit event in the South of Scotland.
This event is not only a chance for you to compete in a thrilling environment, but also an opportunity for us to spread awareness about the importance of health to the public.
As a finalist, you'll be competing alongside other beginner, novice and skilled fitness enthusiasts who have also earned their spot in the finals through the qualifier process! We know you'll bring your A-game and give it your all.

A2 - 500M/400M ROW THEN MAX DB CLUSTERS
This is a partner AMRAP. Partners swap roles whenever they choose.
PERSON 1: MAX SKI FOR CALS
PERSON 2: Completes one full round of:
8 WALL BALLS
8 BOX OVER
20 DOUBLE/SINGLE UNDERS
5 SANDBAG TO SHOULDER (70/50/30)
SCORING: 2 SCORES, ONE CALS, ONE ROUNDS AND REPS
