About This Competition

We are a small non profit in Florida providing FREE fitness classes 6 days a week to people recovering from addiction and their loved ones. OUR MISSION IS TO INSPIRE HEALTH AND HOPE AND TO DE-STIGMATIZE THE DISEASE OF ADDICTION IN OUR SOCIETY. Help us continue to provide a safe, supportive, healthy space!

Grab a partner and get ready to raise funds, spread awareness, celebrate fitness & have fun! Guy/Guy or Girl/Girl teams of 2 will tackle 3 workouts together. Choose between Scaled and RX divisions. We will post standards on our social media to help you choose the right division for you. Workouts will be released before the day of the event. We will kick things off at 9 am SHARP with the first workout starting at 9:15 am on Saturday, November 20th at Hype Delray.

Included in your registration are a competition shirt and your very own customizable Give Lively Fundraising page! The team that raises the most funds will win SICK PRIZES! The suggested goal is $300 per person. We thank you in advance for your support and participation!

RX: 135/95

Scaled: 95/65

Split as needed. Must complete all reps of a movement before moving onto the next movement.

10 Minute AMRAP:

While partner 1 is rowing for max meters, partner 2 does:

  • 20 push ups
  • 10 alternating single arm devils press
  • 100m overhead dumbell carry

Once 1 round is complete, partners must switch. Repeat for 10 minutes. 

Division Load

Rx: 50/35

Scaled: knee push ups 35/20

25 meters= 1 rep. 100 meters= 4 reps

 

Max row for meters while the other athlete completes the metcon portion (Part 2)

10 min AMRAP:

1 partner working at a time. Resting partner stays on the wall, must tag when switching.

Partner 1

  • 60’ sandbag carry
  • 15 pull-ups
  • 60' sandbag carry
  • 5 sandbag squats

Partner 2

  • 60' sandbag carry
  • 15 pull-ups
  • 60' sandbag carry
  • 5 sandbag squats

-Restart-

Division Load

Rx: 150/100

Scaled: 100/70, sub jumping pull-ups for pull-ups

20ft= 1 rep. 60ft=3 reps
