About This Competition

TeamUp Legends is a competition where two buddies compete together.

There are 3 divisions. The results of the (online) qualifiers will determine your division.

30 teams in the Intermediate Division
30 teams in the RX Division
30 teams in the Elite Division
TeamUp Legends 2022 divisions:

Workout Release Date: March 15th of 2022.


Of each division a maximum of 10 teams will compete in our live event in September 2022.

50 cal row

30 burpees over the rower

40 cal row

20 burpees over the rower

30 cal row

10 burpees over the rower

 

Time Cap: 14 minutes


Share the reps anyway you want with your buddy; however every buddy has to row at least 1 calorie and make at least 1 burpee over the rower.

Find your heaviest  Complex in 5 minutes

 


3 Deadlifts

2 Power Cleans

1 Hang Squat Cleans

You can do as many attempts of the complex as you want.


This workout can be done separately by the buddies.  

You can also go lower in weight after a missed attempt.

You can do as many attempts you want in 5 minutes.

Note: It is a complex, so you can not let go of the barbell during the entire complex, which means regripping on the floor is also not permitted!

 


Score: the sum of the heaviest weight of both buddies

20 barbell ground to overhead (40/25 kg)

30 single unders

40 air squats

20 barbell ground to overhead (45/30 kg)

30 double unders

40 double dumbell thrusters (2 x 15/ 2 x 10 kg)

20 barbell ground to overhead (50/35 kg)

30 double unders

40 double dumbell thrusters (2 x15/ 2 x 10 kg)

 


Share the repetitions with your buddy however each buddy needs to do at least 1 rep of all the movements, in all sets of every round!

You are allowed to use multiple barbells and sets of dumbells!

Attention: your buddy can only start with the next repetition AFTER the other buddy completed the movement fully and the equipment is on the floor.

Penalties will be given if this is not done correctly.
