POLKAGRISEN THROWDOWN 2024

(TEAM OF 4)

 

CrossFit Gamlebyen og CrossFit Furuset inviterer til en spennende CrossFit-konkurranse for lag på fire – to menn og to kvinner per lag. Konkurransen går over to dager, 22. og 23. november, og avsluttes med en storslagen fest på CrossFit Gamlebyen!

Program:

Fredag 22. november: Konkurransen starter med en briefing kl. 18:00 på CrossFit Furuset, etterfulgt av Event 1 som starter kl. 19:00.


Lørdag 23. november: Konkurransen fortsetter med flere utfordrende events på CrossFit Gamlebyen. Briefing 08.00. Första event startar 09.30 sista event färdig 19.00 senast.


Konkurransenivåer:

RX: For de som ønsker å konkurrere på et høyt nivå. Deltakere må være i stand til å gjennomføre alle events som er en del av CrossFit Quarterfinals.


Community: For de som vil konkurrere på et mer tilpasset nivå. Deltakerne må klare alle øvelser og vekter som brukes i CrossFit Open. I Community-nivået kan man dele øvelsene mellom lagkameratene, slik at om en person har en svakhet, kan en annen i laget ta seg av den bevegelsen.


Denne konkurransen har stort fokus på mestring, og vi ønsker at alle skal ha det skikkelig gøy og få med seg masse gode minner!

Det er også mulig å registrere deler av laget nå og fylle på med resten av deltakerne opp til én uke før konkurransen.

Dette er en fantastisk mulighet til å teste grensene dine, samarbeide med laget ditt, og selvfølgelig, ha det gøy! Vi gleder oss til å se dere på CrossFit Gamlebyen og CrossFit Furuset for en helg full av svette, latter og konkurranseånd!

  • The team must collectively accumulate 5 minutes of rest during the 30-minute workout.
  • If the team chooses to rest for more than 1 minute, the rest period must be in full-minute increments (e.g., 2 minutes, 3 minutes, etc.).
  • During a rest period, all athletes on the team must rest simultaneously.
