CrossFit 405 Winter Classic '22
About This Competition
Our In house Competition for 2022 is here! This year we are going 2 person teams. Teams can be M/M, F/F, or M/F pairs. We are doing 2 divisions this year, RX and a fun "Beer League" divsion.
Anyone can do either division, but for programming of the events, weights and movemnts will be similar to our FIT level Class WODS. Don't fret too much, this event is all about fun and challenging yourself, however, if you are nervous or feel like this division isn't for you, we have our fun division as well. Our "Beer League" division is for you if you prefer to not have a judge, and modify your workouts however you choose, and just particpate and have fun. Zero Pressure, 100% good times!

Workouts
AMRAP 15:00
12 Alt. DB Snatch (35#/25#)
15 Dual DB S2OH (35#s/25#s)
24m Single DB OH Walking Lunge (35#/25#)
Partner 1 MUST complete all 12 DB Snatches, then Partner 2 MUST complete ALL DB S2OH, and P1 MUST complete ALL OH walking Lunges. Partners will continue to rotate through movements for next rounds. (P2 will start Round 2 with 12 DB snatch, P1 S2OH and P2 walking lunge.
SCORE is total reps completed in the minute time cap.
Lunges will count as 2 points, 1 point for crossing the 12m, line and second point for crossing 24m line. NO credit for partial completion of a 12m section.
Teams will have 50s to complete one good lift per person. Each minute will included a 10s transition to next bar.
RX Men's weights: 95-115-135-145-155-165-175-185-195-205-215-225
RX Women's weights: 75-85-95-105-115-125-135-145-155-165-175-185
TIE BREAKER is # of DL reps at final bar.
*If you clear ladder, last bar is AMRAP Clean reps men use 185# & women use 135# (co-ed teams can only have one personlifting at a time if both clear ladder)
Partners can continue on if one fails and the other gets a weight. Tie break is also done within the 50s each team has at their barbell, so if P1 misses, P2 can still complete a rep at that bar, and then P1 can start compelting DLs until 50s is up. If both partners miss same bar, both partners can switch off completing DLs. For our M/F teams, since they will have separate barbells, only one person can lift or complete tie breaker DL reps at a time.

Notes:
- For this workout, partners can split up reps however they choose. All 21 thrusters must be completed before moving on to the bar facing burpees, and all 21 burpees must be compelted before moving to 21 pull ups.
- Each partner DOES NOT have to complete reps of each movement, so if one person wants to do all the Pull Ups or all the burpees they can.
- Score is time to complete. If all reps are not completed, total reps will be put in for score.
