Créer une compétition qui teste l’athlète dans toutes les dimensions de la performance.

Le samedi :
🔥 6 FLOATERS
Des épreuves indépendantes pour tester ton niveau d’athlète hybride.
Force. Engine. Gymnastics. Power. Capacity.
- 3 RM back Squat
- AMRAP relais max points gym (T2B/pull up 1 pts, C2B/KHSPU 2 pts, BMU/SHSPU 3 pts, TRIPLE touch 10 pts)
- 5 KM (Format secret, Run + erg)
- DB Squat Snatch Ladder (Start smooth, finish HARD !!!)
- Max Handstand hold synchro 9m2
- 6eme épreuve sur les réseaux prochainement. @The Eight asso sur Instagram
Le dimanche :
