Affiliate Games 2024
About This Competition
The Impact Initiative is excited to announce the inaugural Affiliate Games event, designed to unite the fitness community for a good cause - supporting our Veterans. This event will be the first of its kind, with a primary goal of fostering community spirit while supporting Team RWB, a veteran-based charity, all while getting in an awesome workout with some friendly competition.
The Affiliate Games will consist of same-sex teams with (3) members per team. Teams can register for either RX or Scaled division.
Register your team today! To simplify registration, have the team leader register for the whole team. Not all participants have to be a member of an Affiliate, however, the team leader MUST be a member of an Affiliate Gym. There are limited spots, so be sure to lock in your team's spot!
Here's what you need to know:
- Event Purpose: The Affiliate Games aim to bring together fitness enthusiasts and partners to raise funds for Team RWB, a veteran charity. It's an opportunity to support a meaningful cause while engaging in a challenging and fun workout.
- Event Type: This is a functional fitness competition, open to all affiliate partners associated with The Impact Initiative. It's a great chance to test your fitness, connect with others, and contribute to the community with some friendly competition sprinkled in.
- Date and Location: The event will take place on November 16th, the Saturday after Veteran's Day at Warrior Pride Fitness in Marietta, GA. Athlete check-in will begin at 7:00am and the event will be concluded by 1:00pm.
- Registration: Athlete registration begins on September 16, 2024 at 7:00am EST and ends on November 1, 2024 at 1:30pm EST.
- Note: Have the team leader register for the whole team. Not all participants have to be a member of an Affiliate, however, the team leader MUST be a member of an Affiliate Gym.
- Early Bird Registration: Begins on September 9, 2024 at 7:00am and ends on October 7, 2024 at 11:59pm. Secure your teams fee of $150.00.
- General Registration: Begins on October 8, 2024 at 12:00am. Team entry fee will raise to $175.
- Workout Release Dates: The event will consist of 3 different WODs. WOD 1 has already been released, but be sure to stay tuned for more details. Follow us on Instagram (@impact_initiative_pt) for the WOD releases!

- Team RWB is a community of veterans, service members, military families, and supporters, united by teamwork, shared values, and a common goal. They help veterans lead healthier lives through fitness events, training, and programs.

Event 1: Red
For Time: 15 Minute Time Cap

500m Row
Rower: 1 teammate will begin the workout on the rower, while the other 2 will be on standby. Teammates can tap in to complete the rowing portion.
Syncro Kettle Bell Swings: 2 Teammates will synchronously perform the KB Swings. At any point, you can sub in the other teammate. Partners must be on the same reps for the reps to count.
Partner Wall Balls: 2 Teammates will perform a total of 40 wall balls. You will be passing the ball to one another off of the target. At any point, you can sub in the other teammate.
Syncro Kettle Bell Goblet Squats: 2 Teammates will synchronously perform the KB Goblet Squats. At any point, you can sub in the other teammate. Partners must be on the same reps for the reps to count.
Burpee Box Jump Overs: One box per team and one athlete completing the Burpee Box Jump over at a time. Athletes must step down from the box. At any point, you can sub in the other teammate.
- For the scaled version, you will step up on the box instead of jumping.

Partner 1 completes a full round, then partner 2, then partner 3, and so on for 12 minutes.

One Partner will always be on the bike getting Cals
One Partner at a time will be working on the AMRAP
One Partner will be on standby to tap in for the bike or the AMRAP. The bike must be going at all times. When subbing in, you must pick up where the other teammate left off.
